On May 26, HD Forum Italia will celebrate its 20th anniversary at the Holy See’s Dicastery for Communication, in the Sala San Pio X, located at Via dell’Ospedale 1 in Rome.

The event, titled “Twenty Years of Innovation and Convergence in Digital Media,” will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and represents a major institutional milestone for the Association and for the entire digital media ecosystem.

The celebration at the Dicastery for Communication is part of a relationship built over time with the Holy See: in fact, on the occasion of its tenth anniversary, HD Forum Italia had already found in this institutional setting a space for dialogue on the themes of innovation, responsibility, and the future of the media. Gathering today, twenty years after the Association’s founding, confirms the continuity of a dialogue rooted in shared values and a vision of communication as a service to the community.

Over twenty years of activity, HD Forum Italia has consolidated its role as a platform for dialogue between industry, institutions, and academia, contributing to the development of Italy’s audiovisual and digital ecosystem through the dissemination of knowledge, the promotion of standards, and discussion on new paths of innovation.
